Selection Process – Candidates will be shortlisted and invited for an online interview to assess their interest, aptitude, and suitability for the internship. Selected applicants will receive basic training from BIOTECH INDIA before the commencement of the internship. This training will provide essential knowledge, practical orientation, and guidance to help interns effectively participate and gain maximum benefit from the program.

Types of Internships – BIOTECH INDIA offers both short-term and regular internship programs to suit different needs. Short-term internships are available for up to 30 days, while long-term internships extend beyond 30 days for deeper learning. Ongoing students can also opt for part-time internships, if required, with flexible schedules such as 3 hours per day, allowing them to balance academic commitments effectively.

Internship Fees – For short-term internships of up to 30 days, students are required to pay an internship fee. However, for internships extending beyond 30 days and up to 60 days, no internship fee is charged, encouraging longer engagement and deeper learning opportunities.

Stipend Policy – Full-time interns who undergo internships for more than 60 days are eligible for a stipend based on their performance. The stipend is awarded considering their contribution, dedication, and overall performance during the internship, encouraging commitment and rewarding productive involvement in assigned tasks and projects.

Support from BIOTECH INDIA – BIOTECH INDIA provides structured support to all interns, beginning with an introduction training to build basic knowledge and skills. Interns are given access to an online application for daily reporting and progress tracking. Upon successful completion of the internship, participants are awarded a certificate recognizing their learning, contribution, and overall performance.

Responsibilities of Interns – Interns are expected to actively engage in customer relations, field visits, data collection, and data analysis as part of their learning process. These responsibilities help develop practical skills and industry understanding. Selected interns must follow organizational guidelines, maintain professionalism, and complete the internship for the agreed duration, ensuring commitment, discipline, and active participation in all assigned tasks and activities.

Issue of Internship Certificate – Interns who successfully complete the internship in accordance with BIOTECH INDIA’s guidelines and requirements will be eligible to receive an internship certificate. This certificate serves as official recognition of their participation, performance, and successful completion of the program.
