Every year on January 26, the world celebrates the International Day of Clean Energy - a dedicated occasion established by the United Nations to raise awareness about the pivotal role clean and renewable energy must play in combating climate change, fostering sustainable development, and ensuring energy access for all. This day serves as a global reminder that our energy choices determine the health of our environment, the resilience of our communities, and the economic opportunities available to future generations.

In a rapidly warming world, traditional energy systems reliant on fossil fuels have proven to be major contributors to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, air pollution, and environmental degradation. Clean energy - sourced from renewables such as solar, wind, hydro, waste, and importantly, biogas - offers a compelling alternative that not only addresses climate change but also drives inclusive economic growth, energy security, and environmental stewardship.
