ROAD SHOWS

A mini truck equipped with all communication facilities, for demonstrating the working of sustainable energy devices has been used for conducting Road Show.

A mini truck equipped with audio / video communication facilities, for demonstrating the working of sustainable energy devices has been used for conducting Road Show. The main focus is production of bioenergy from bio waste. A working model of biogas plant is the main attraction. Other prototypes of systems like improved cooking stoves and other such devices will also be exhibited in the same vehicle. Road Show is expected to continue for 60 months (Five years). The Area proposed to be covered includes all major Cities, Towns, local self government head quarters, all village grama panchayats and Educational Institutions in the state of Kerala. In all these places the show will continue for 2 hours each.

In each these centers we plan to screen a video film for ten to twenty minutes duration. Film shows will be followed by a brief description / presentation about renewable energy, waste management etc. We also plan to utilize the services of our experts / faculties in such programmes in specified centers. Along with the Road Show, leaflets will be distributed and an interaction session is arranged. The working time of Road Show will be from10 A.M to 8.30 P.M.
